Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Pennsylvania mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 2 basis points from 4.40% to 4.38% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (FL) to the highest rate of 4.53% (VI). Currently, Pennsylvania mortgage rates are 5 basis points higher than the national average of 4.33%.

The Pennsylvania mortgage rate on September 7, 2010, is up 5 basis points from last week's average Pennsylvania rate of 4.33%.
